Exercise

Is you are breathing you can exercise. Not everyone will or should run marathons, but we all have room for improvement. Start by walking, riding a bike, a few sit-ups, push-ups or jump rope. Just do something.
There are hundreds of miracle machines on the market. If you are going to buy one, buy the one that comes with the little man who makes you get on it at gunpoint.

Diet and Nutrition

There are equally hundreds of miracle diets. None of them will work if you will not exercise and follow the plan. Be careful which plans you follow. Some may do more harm than good.
